Accessibility and Disability

At The One Account we are committed to providing excellent service to everyone. You may use your local Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest branches to use the services below. These services must be agreed through our customer service team first – please contact them on 0345 301 0101 (Text relay 18001 0345 301 0101). You can then arrange to:
  • Request a bankers draft
  • Pay in Cheque
  • Request an encashment
We recognise that our customers have a range of needs and we are working with various groups to make sure that our services and products are completely accessible.
