This is when a fraudster sends you a text message to say there’s a problem with your account or may pretend to be your bank. They may ask for personal information, to call a phone number or to click a link which may infect your phone or computer device

You can reverse the charges on calls from abroad through the international operator when calling from a landline. Calls may be recorded.
